OK people, I don't have many upcoming events right now because I've got a second book to write. Here's what I've got coming up, though. I'll be on tour with my second book in autumn 2011.

August 5th  -  Queen Anne Farmer's Market, 4 to 6 p.m.
                      Bring your knives for a knife-sharpening party and some quickie knife skill lessons, plus some new recipes from the second book.

October 25th - Central Oregon Women's Expo
                        Keynote speaker at this weekend-long event in Bend, Oregon.

Nov. 23           Kathleen will be a guest chef on board the cruise, providing demos &                           hands-on sessions in French cuisine.

                         Reading and wine tasting at this adorable book store in Bend.

Dec. 1             Tom Douglas Holiday Cookbook Social, Seattle
                         A hugely popular book-signing bonanza features great food and loads of
                         Puget Sound authors. I'll be offering up carmelized onion quiche,
                         ahi tuna ceviche and one other course. Meanwhile, they pour wine
                         while attendees buy books to have them personalized by authors for holiday
                         gifts. Tickets are $20 plus tax, and includes tastes and a glass of
                         wine. A cash bar available throughout the evening. 206.448.2001.
