Easy Overnight Oats
Just stir together and let sit overnight. These may be made a few days in advance, but too far ahead they may become a little soggy.
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats not instant
- ½ cup milk or plant-based milk
- ¼ cup yogurt optional for creaminess
- 1 to 2 teaspoons honey maple syrup, stevia or sugar
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine oats, milk, yogurt (if using), sweetener, and salt in a jar or container with a lid. Stir in your chosen flavor add-ins (if using). Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Eat cold or warm gently in the microwave.
